Working closely with our partners in this project, a Fokker 27 cargo aircraft, with a payload of up to 6T, was identified as an excellent aircraft to meet the initial requirements, and arrived to a warm welcome from airport staff and local dignatories.

The aircraft was previously operated by Air New Zealand and will be fresh from its next 6C airframe check clearing the aircraft in this respect for the full lease term. Equipped with CFM56-3C1 engines with sufficient margin at Cat B for limiter runs and just 30,838 cycles on the airframe it is one of the youngest, highest specification 737 Classic freighters in the market.
