ProCharter is pleased to announce we’ve moved into a brand new office at DWC Business Park. As one of the first tenants to commit to the new facility, the ProCharter team is well placed to continue providing the region with Aviation Solutions. “We recognize the future of aviation in Dubai will be at DWC, and we want to be part of the growth and development,” said Steve Day, Regional Director. “The business park is attracting a lot of interest from existing companies in Dubai as well as new customers, with Expo 2020 a focus for many. We have had excellent service from DWC authority and the move was completed right on schedule.”

Aircraft available for charter, lease and sale

Building on its recent success, ProCharter has appointed Tim Etches as its Director of Consultancy and Projects. With significant experience in both the commercial and defence aviation sectors, Tim has joined the team to develop the consultancy arm of ProCharter, to secure and drive new projects and build on existing contracts. Tim recognises ProCharter’s solid foundation in the aviation aircraft leasing, charter and cargo markets and is keen to expand its consultancy arm and global customer portfolio. With a myriad of new opportunities in the pipeline, Tim joins ProCharter at a very exciting time in its further evolution as the ‘global aviation specialist of choice’.

ProCharter, the aviation specialist, based in the UK, with offices in Dubai and India, have continued their expansion Eastwards with the acquisition of Aerospace Solutions Asia (ASA) for an undisclosed cash sum.

ASA has been based in central Vietnam for three years and have recently advised start up Bhutan Airlines on aircraft selection and delivered one A320 on an interim ACMI lease basis followed by an A319 on operating lease. Additionally, ASA have spearheaded the sales and marketing in Asia for CFM, MRO Facility Aero Gulf AG of Norway.

ProCharter Managing Director, Andy Fleming commented “It has always been the aim of ProCharter to be a truly global business. The acquisition of ASA, and retention of CEO Derek Meikle as Regional Director, Asia, with his years of experience and knowledge of the Asian market, reaffirms that aim.”

ProCharter Asia will initially concentrate on leasing, consulting and aircraft acquisition and sales. By leveraging the relationships, knowledge and experience of ASA and ProCharter, we will be announcing new areas of business in the coming weeks.

ProCharter has appointed Anthony Fowler (Tony) as Regional Commercial Director. Working from the UK office he will be responsible for all company activities in the UK and European region. As well as developing the current charter business Tony will work on new sales and marketing strategies with a strong focus on providing customers the most efficient and cost-effective aviation solutions. Tony said ”Coming to the ProCharter team offers an excellent opportunity to grow with a dynamic company. Plans for expansion, coupled with fresh ideas and a depth of knowledge in both commercial and military aviation sectors on a global scale will see the ProCharter brand stand out as the aviation specialists of choice.”
